I offer a 10 week programs for all distances and events for $50! (Just send me your goal; normal weekly schedule and current pace in a past event!)
If you want more specialist program $50a month with a weekly phone call.
I offer run advice and a technique session for $30 for a hour session 1 on 1 on any aspect of your running!
