About me

Hi I’m Steph Auston and I love to run. I am currently training for Australian and international road and trail races over the 20 to 160km distance.

My goal is currently to be as versatile as possible- in 2019 it is to run a qualifier for the 2020 Olympic Games in the Marathon (not be picked! The girls are too fast..at the moment!) and to qualify for WSER in 2020 and to be competitive in international trail and marathon events especially the New Golden Trail Series the Ultra Trail World Tour races and look to race for Australia in the trail world championships.

I’m excited to see how fast I can go!

I also think running and exercise is a vital part of physical emotional and mental health and am very fortunate to be able to prescribe and inspire this as my role as a full time physiotherapist at South East Regional Hospital in Bega.

My club is the Sapphire Coast Runners and I am very fortunate to be supported by Salomon and Suunto and Wildernesswear

Follow my journey and go run your own 🙂
