-Mt Wellington

Km: 12.4km

Elevation: 679m gain

Max height: 1255

Time: 1hr 48

Run from the car park along the trails and down before climbing up and across to the peak and then descending the other side.

Sun was out but quite cold and windy at the top!

Started on single trail but then lota of climbing and stairs with rocky escarpments and quite slippery in the mud descending the other side.

Great start 🙂 could spend a week here running the trails and next time we will go from the bottom. There is a half marathon that goes up the road to the top too!
