November Update- 1st Central Coast half and more marathon training

November was a month of warmer sweater training and a road half back near my family home. The central coast half was flat and easy on the legs and my run was at a close to marathon pace effort- with a troublesome tummy and tired legs from a big month I was happy to average close to 3.50s- the goal in Dubai is 3.40s so I think with 9 weeks to go I’m on track!

It was also a great excuse to visit my family and I really cherished my time at home.


Aside from some solid runs with the crew (8x 500 at under 3.10 pace) and a couple of adventure runs it’s just been lots of work to fill my days leading into the busy time of year.

The next few months is all about Dubai- getting my health and body right to give a great run on the day!
